To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will exchange it for a new one at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged item and provide video or photo evidence of the defect unboxing.
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective or damaged from our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
