We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium grooming gadgets from Trimmer Station. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must report the issue and initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • You must provide the original order receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Exchanges for Damaged/Defective Goods

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will exchange it for a new one at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged item and provide video or photo evidence of the defect unboxing.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., bKash) or via mobile banking.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective or damaged from our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
